Media & Environmental Adaptability
This valve handles natural gas, manufactured gas, LPG, oil products, and water. It provides bidirectional sealing under challenging conditions:

Operation & Automation Upgrade
The valve comes standard with a manual worm gear mechanism for full open/close operation. An ISO 5211 mounting pad allows easy upgrade to pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic actuators without removing the valve from the pipeline.

Anti-Blowout Stem Design
The valve stem features an internal bottom-loaded shoulder that prevents ejection during pressure surges. PTFE thrust washers maintain low operating torque even under high pressure.

Certified Fire-Safe Structure
During a fire, the soft polymer seats will disintegrate. Our metal-to-metal auxiliary sealing structure then engages with the polished ball, creating a mechanical barrier that prevents external leakage and secondary damage.

Integrated Anti-Static Device
A built-in electrostatic grounding mechanism (springs and plungers) maintains electrical continuity between the ball, stem, and valve body. This safely discharges static electricity from fluid friction, eliminating spark risks in explosive environments.

Tamper-Proof Locking Device
The gearbox or lever includes a high-strength padlocking mechanism to prevent unauthorized tampering or accidental operation. Essential for cross-country pipelines and remote installations.

Automatic Body Cavity Pressure Relief
When thermal expansion over-pressurizes the body cavity, the seat design automatically bleeds excess pressure upstream. This protects the valve body and seals without external intervention.

Flexible Configurations
Available in 2-piece or 3-piece split body designs with straight-through flow. Manufacturing complies with GB/T 12237, API 6D, ASME B16.34, and API 598. Connection ends support flanged and butt-welded (BWE) options for installation at any angle.

Valve seats use high-elasticity polymers like PTFE. In low pressure, the soft seal ensures tight shut-off. As pressure rises, sealing force increases dynamically against the ball for zero leakage.

Leak-Free Stem Packing
The stem rotates without vertical movement, minimizing packing wear. The internal back-seat design increases sealing force with cavity pressure, eliminating external stem leaks.

Extended Service Life
Self-lubricating polymer compounds reduce friction against the polished ball surface. This lowers lifecycle costs and extends maintenance intervals.

Smooth Bore for Viscous Media
The internal flow channel is flat and smooth with no dead zones. This allows seamless transport of crude oils, viscous fluids, and abrasive slurries without clogging or accumulation.
