A gate valve is a type of shut-off valve that opens and closes by moving a wedge or gate perpendicularly to the axis of the flow channel, primarily used to fully permit or completely cut off the medium flow in a pipeline. When fully open, it offers near-zero resistance to fluid flow, making it highly suitable for large-diameter piping systems that require infrequent operation and minimal pressure drop.

A butterfly valve is a type of rotary valve that opens, closes, or regulates medium flow by rotating a disc-shaped closing element around a fixed axis inside the valve body. Due to its compact structure, light weight, and small footprint, it is extremely widely used in large-diameter, low-pressure liquid or gas piping systems.

A globe valve is a forced-sealing type valve that opens and closes by driving the disc to move up and down along the centerline of the valve seat via the valve stem, primarily used for cutting off, throttling, and regulating the flow of media in a pipeline. Due to the minimal friction between its sealing surfaces during operation and its short opening height, it not only offers excellent sealing performance but is also highly suitable for piping systems requiring frequent regulation.

A ball valve is a type of rotary valve that opens and closes by rotating a ball with a circular through-hole around the centerline of the valve body, primarily used for cutting off, distributing, and changing the flow direction of media in a pipeline. Due to its quick operation, excellent sealing performance, and minimal fluid resistance when fully open, it is widely utilized in various high-pressure, large-diameter, and flow-resistance-critical piping systems.

A safety valve is an automatic valve that requires no external power to operate; it automatically opens to relieve pressure when the pressure within equipment or pipelines exceeds a specified limit, preventing system explosions caused by overpressure. Once the pressure drops back to a safe range, it automatically reseats and closes, thereby ensuring the safe operation of special equipment and piping systems.

A strainer is a mechanical separation device installed on pipelines that requires no external power to operate; as fluid passes through its internal mesh screen, it automatically intercepts and collects solid impurities and particles, preventing downstream core equipment (such as pumps, valves, and instruments) from wear or clogging. Once the mesh accumulates significant impurities and causes increased resistance, they can be removed through disassembly for cleaning or via a blowdown valve, thereby ensuring the continuous and safe operation of special equipment and the entire piping system.

Control Valve

A control valve is an actuator driven by power that receives control signals within an automated control system, automatically regulating process parameters such as the flow, pressure, temperature, or liquid level of the medium in the pipeline by changing the flow area between the valve trim and the valve seat. When process conditions fluctuate, it can precisely adjust its opening in real time based on feedback signals, thereby ensuring the stable, efficient, and safe operation of the entire production process.

Our facility is equipped with a comprehensive suite of advanced inspection and testing equipment to control product quality throughout the entire process, from raw castings and forgings to finished valves , enabling us to perform a wide range of rigorous evaluations including Material Composition Spectroscopic Analysis (PMI), material tensile testing, material impact testing, metallographic analysis, hardness testing, Ultrasonic Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), pressure performance testing, cryogenic/low-temperature testing, fugitive emission/low-leakage testing, and paint thickness testing.
