The Fully Welded Electric Ball Valve is mainly used in industrial transmission pipeline systems for media connection, shut-off, and flow regulation. Designed with a fully welded body structure, this valve offers enhanced internal and external sealing performance while significantly reducing overall valve weight.

Its robust construction allows for direct burial underground or above-ground installation, helping reduce construction costs and installation time. The valve body consists of two end-cap shaped sections welded at the center, reducing the number of weld seams and minimizing welding deformation.

Because the weld seam is positioned away from the valve seat, welding heat has minimal impact on seat performance, improving sealing reliability and extending service life.
