Discription
Product Overview
The Fully Welded Electric Ball Valve is mainly used in industrial transmission pipeline systems for media connection, shut-off, and flow regulation. Designed with a fully welded body structure, this valve offers enhanced internal and external sealing performance while significantly reducing overall valve weight.
Its robust construction allows for direct burial underground or above-ground installation, helping reduce construction costs and installation time. The valve is widely used in urban gas pipelines, natural gas transmission systems, pressure regulating stations, district heating systems, petrochemical plants, and other industrial pipeline applications.
Key Features of Fully Welded Electric Ball Valves
1. Fully Welded Two-Piece Side-Mounted Structure
The valve adopts a two-piece side-entry fully welded spherical body design with excellent mechanical strength. The ideal spherical structure can withstand high pressure and heavy impact loads while maintaining stable sealing performance.
Different material combinations are available to ensure reliable operation in corrosive working conditions such as acidic gases and chemical media.
2. Advanced Double Sealing System
The forged steel fixed ball and floating seat structure provide superior sealing reliability.
- Primary sealing: Metal-to-metal sealing
- Secondary sealing: Soft sealing structure
Optional sealing materials include:
- VITON-AED
- DEVLON
- PEEK
- Full metal sealing configurations
This design ensures excellent performance under high temperature, high pressure, and severe service conditions.
3. High-Quality Circumferential Welding Technology
The valve adopts advanced multi-pass circumferential welding technology to ensure high weld integrity and minimize deformation during the welding process.
Special assembly tooling and precision positioning equipment guarantee accurate valve assembly and long-term operational stability.
4. Optimized Single Weld Seam Design
The valve body consists of two end-cap shaped sections welded at the center, reducing the number of weld seams and minimizing welding deformation.
Because the weld seam is positioned away from the valve seat, welding heat has minimal impact on seat performance, improving sealing reliability and extending service life.
5. Reliable Welding and Assembly Process
Professional welding procedures and precision manufacturing processes ensure:
- Stable welding quality
- Accurate assembly positioning
- Reduced structural deformation
- Long service life
- High operational safety
