Product Overview
The flanged fluorine lined centerline butterfly valve is a widely used anti-corrosion industrial valve designed for aggressive chemical media applications. The valve body, disc, stem, and all wetted parts adopt full PTFE fluorine lining technology, providing excellent resistance to corrosion, chemical erosion, and high-purity media.
This valve is suitable for pipelines carrying sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, strong oxidizing agents, organic solvents, corrosive gases, and various chemical liquids. FEP lining also offers outstanding chemical stability and long-term sealing performance under demanding operating conditions.
The valve can be operated by lever handle, worm gear, pneumatic actuator, or electric actuator, making it suitable for flow regulation and shut-off applications in chemical processing, industrial pipelines, water treatment, pharmaceutical, and environmental protection systems.
