Discription

Product Overview

The Rubber Flapper Check Valve mainly consists of the valve body, valve cover, and rubber flapper assembly. The rubber flapper is reinforced with steel plate and nylon fabric, while the outer layer adopts an integral hot-vulcanized rubber encapsulation structure for enhanced durability and sealing performance.

The valve seat adopts a ceramic coating process to improve wear resistance and extend service life. Featuring a full-flow passage design, the valve provides low head loss, minimizes debris accumulation, and allows convenient maintenance.

The valve is widely used in water supply, drainage, and pumping station systems requiring reliable backflow prevention and reduced water hammer impact.
