Product Overview

 

The Extraction Check Valve is a critical safety component installed in the horizontal steam extraction pipelines leading from turbine medium/low-pressure conduits. Its primary function is to prevent steam backflow in the extraction pipeline, which could lead to turbine overspeed or flooding in the event of an emergency. This valve provides essential protection for turbines, feedwater pumps, and other vital equipment. Designed for high-speed responsiveness, the valve can close instantaneously in under 0.5 seconds during emergency conditions such as power failure, accidents, or reverse medium flow.

  3. Inclined Valve Seat: The valve seat sealing surface is designed at an angle, facilitating automatic disc resetting and ensuring a reliable, tight seal.

  4. Balanced Shaft Structure: An external balance shaft is integrated to stabilize medium flow, effectively reducing disc vibration and operational noise.

  5. Streamlined Valve Body: The internal cavity features a streamlined design to maintain smooth medium flow and prevent turbulence.

  6. External Lever Mechanism: An external transmission lever is equipped to facilitate torque transmission and operational control.

  7. Hydraulic Cylinder Actuation: Driven by an external hydraulic cylinder, the valve ensures rapid, reliable closure to prevent medium backflow during emergencies.
