Discription

Product Overview

The Lift Fluorine-Lined Check Valve (H41F46), also known as a non-return valve, features an internal flow channel and sealing surfaces that are fully lined with premium fluoroplastics. This advanced lining guarantees high structural strength and exceptional corrosion resistance.

Engineered to operate reliably in a temperature range from -50°C to 150°C, it is highly suitable for pipelines handling various concentrations of aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, as well as various organic acids, strong acids, and strong oxidizers. Furthermore, the FEP (F46) lining delivers superior chemical compatibility with strong bases, organic solvents, and other highly corrosive gaseous or liquid media, successfully preventing backflow to protect upstream equipment.

Working Principle

During operation, the medium flows through the Lift Fluorine-Lined Check Valve in the direction indicated by the arrow marked on the valve body.

  • Forward Flow (Opening): When the medium flows in the specified direction, the fluid pressure acts against the underside of the disc, lifting it off the seat to open the valve and allow smooth passage.

  • Reverse Flow (Closing): If backflow or medium counter-flow occurs, the combined forces of the disc’s own weight and the reverse fluid pressure push the disc back down onto the valve seat. The sealing faces seat tightly together, instantly closing the fluid channel to block medium backflow.
