Discription

Product Overview

  • Connection Design: Features a butt-welded structure at both ends of the branch pipe. Welding grooves can be customized according to international standards or specific user requirements.

  • Applications: Designed as a backflow prevention device for high-temperature and high-pressure pipelines in thermal power plants, petrochemical, and metallurgical industries. Suitable for water, steam, oil, and superheated steam media.

  • Design Standards: Available in two versions—an Imported Type compliant with ANSI B16.34 and JIS E101, and a National Standard (GB) Type compliant with JB/T 3595. Both versions maintain consistent temperature and pressure ratings for full interchangeability.

  • Sealing Technology: Utilizes a Pressure Self-Sealing (PSL) bonnet design to ensure superior sealing performance under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.

  • Self-Sealing Ring Materials: Available in Low Carbon Steel or Flexible Graphite with 316 Stainless Steel wire mesh.

  • Hard-Facing Protection: The sealing surface is overlay-welded with a Cobalt-based hard alloy (Stellite). The pure metal layer thickness is $\ge 3\text{mm}$, providing excellent wear resistance, high-temperature endurance, corrosion resistance, and anti-galling properties for an extended service life.

Product Features

  1. Optimized Disc Design: The valve disc is integrally quenched and moves vertically within the body. In the event of backflow, the disc closes automatically via media pressure and spring assistance.

  2. Forged Construction: Both the valve body and bonnet are made from high-quality die forgings to ensure structural integrity under extreme pressure.

  3. Plasma Spray Coating: The valve seat sealing surface is processed using plasma spray-welding with cobalt-based hard alloys, ensuring high hardness and exceptional anti-scuffing performance.

  4. Installation Requirement: The lift check valve must be installed on horizontal pipelines, with the media flow direction strictly following the upward path (from bottom to top).
