The Flanged Fluorine-Lined Gate Valve is specifically designed for pipelines carrying highly corrosive media. Featuring a two-piece structure combined by the stem nut and the wedge, it ensures smooth operation with zero jamming or blocking. The valve internals and all component surfaces in contact with the medium are completely lined with advanced, high-tech fluorine plastics. This valve is highly reliable for temperatures ranging from -50°C to 150°C across various concentrations of aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, organic acids, and strong oxidants. Additionally, the FEP lining makes it perfectly suitable for piping systems handling diverse concentrations of strong bases, organic solvents, and other corrosive gases or liquid media. It is widely applied in waterworks, power plants, chemical, food, papermaking, pharmaceutical, and other industrial sectors.

Structural Features

1. Full-Lining Corrosion Protection: The internal cavities of the valve body and bonnet, the wedge, and the outer surface of the stem—all parts directly in contact with the medium—are fully lined with FEP (F46) or other fluorine plastics.

2. Low Operating Torque: The sealing pair utilizes FEP (F46) / FEP (F46) or other specialized material combinations, providing a low friction coefficient and significantly reducing the opening and closing torque.

3. High-Performance Packing: Utilizes PTFE (F4) standard packing, ensuring excellent sealing performance and making maintenance or replacement exceptionally convenient.

4. Resilient Wedge Design: Equipped with a flexible/resilient wedge that automatically compensates for any angular deviation between the wedge and seat sealing faces, ensuring a perfect fit and an ideal sealing effect.

5. Bidirectional Flow Operation: The medium can flow through the gate valve in either direction from both sides, making it an ideal isolation/on-off device for piping systems where the medium flow direction may change.
