The Electric High-Temperature & High-Pressure Gate Valve (Z960Y Series) is precision-engineered for severe service applications in pipelines across petroleum, chemical, hydraulic, and thermal power plants. It excels in safely cutting off or connecting pipeline media under extreme operating conditions, reliably withstanding nominal pressures of PN16.0 to 32.0 MPa and working temperatures up to 540°C (and up to 570°C for the specialized P57170V model).

1. Pressure Self-Tightening Bonnet (Pressure Seal Design) The valve body-bonnet joint utilizes an advanced pressure self-sealing structure. Higher internal pipeline pressure tightens the seal, delivering unparalleled sealing integrity and preventing any joint leakage under high-pressure spikes.

2. Stellite™ Premium Sealing Faces The sealing surfaces of both the valve disc and seat are precision overlay-welded with cobalt-based cemented carbide (Stellite). This provides supreme wear resistance, high-temperature hardness, anti-galling performance, and a vastly extended service life.

3. Nitrided Anti-Corrosive Valve Stem The stem undergoes specialized anti-corrosive nitriding treatment to achieve optimal surface hardness, excellent corrosion resistance, and superb scratch resistance during frequent motorized actuation.

4. High-Temperature Creep Resistance The structural components and pressure-retaining walls are engineered with creep-resistant materials, preventing thermal deformation and fatigue under long-term high-temperature stress.

5. Advanced Stuffing Box & Packing System Features an optimized valve bonnet stuffing box depth combined with premium graphite packing enriched with integrated corrosion inhibitors, providing an eco-friendly and reliable stem seal.

6. Integral Back-Sealing (Backseat) Structure Equipped with a secure backseat design that isolates the packing chamber when the valve is fully open, ensuring zero external leakage and allowing for maintenance safety.

7. Customizable Closure Configurations To meet diverse engineering specifications, the closing element (wedge/disc) can be customized into flexible designs, including single wedge, double wedge, and parallel double discs.
