The Pneumatic Fluorine-Lined Flanged Butterfly Valve consists of a PTFE-sealed butterfly valve, a pneumatic actuator, and a pneumatic triplet (FRL unit, solenoid valve, limit switch, etc.).

The core flow-passing components—including the flow channel, disc, and stem—are fully lined with high-molecular polymer materials such as F3, F4, and F46 (PTFE, PCTFE, FEP), delivering unparalleled anti-corrosion performance. Powered by compressed air, the valve receives industrial automation control signals. By working in tandem with positioners or solenoid valves, it achieves precise flow regulation and rapid shut-off.

Applicable Mediums & Industries

• Applicable Mediums: Strong alkalis, reducing agents, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, organic acids, strong acids, concentrated vinegar, and other highly corrosive mediums.

• Target Industries: Widely utilized in water supply, drainage, and gas pipeline systems across food, pharmaceuticals, chemical processing, petroleum, power generation, and papermaking industries for precise flow regulation and medium isolation.
