Product Overview
The Pneumatic Through-Conduit Slab Gate Valve (No Diversion Hole) is widely used as an opening and closing device for transmission pipelines in natural gas, petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, urban piping, and gas networks, as well as in venting systems and steam storage units. It is particularly suitable for long-distance pipelines in natural gas extraction and purification. The sulfur-resistant series is specifically designed for long-distance natural gas pipelines with hydrogen sulfide media, high flow velocity, high impurity content, and severe corrosion.

Body Structure: The valve body is available in cast and welded structures. The short-type slab gate valve without a diversion hole features a welded structure, providing a shorter face-to-face length and lightweight design, ideal for weight-sensitive installations.

Floating Seat: The floating seat structure ensures reliable bidirectional sealing at both the inlet and outlet.

Double Sealing: The valve seat employs a dual-set sealing system with a double-seal function. The PTFE material can self-clean sand, impurities, and dirt to ensure sealing integrity.

Hard-Sealing Design: For hard-sealed valves, the sealing surface is overlay-welded with a Cobalt-based hard alloy (HRC 44-52), ensuring high sealing reliability.

Diversion Hole Benefits: In valves with a diversion hole structure, the gate and seat remain in constant contact whether fully open or fully closed. This prevents direct erosion of the sealing surface by the medium, extending service life.
