The Z960(2)Y Series Motorized Forged Steel High-Pressure Gate Valve is designed for severe service applications in critical piping systems across petroleum, chemical, hydraulic, and thermal power plants. Engineered to handle extreme operating conditions, it excels in safely cutting off or connecting pipeline media, reliably withstanding nominal pressures of PN32.0 to 42.0 MPa (PN320/PN420) and working temperatures ranging from -29°C to 550°C. It is widely compatible with challenging media including high-pressure water, superheated steam, oil products, acids, alkalis, ammonia, urea, sulfur-bearing fluids, and natural gas.

4. Nitrided & Q+T Treated Valve Stem The valve stem undergoes rigorous Quenching and Tempering (Q+T) followed by an advanced surface nitriding treatment. This dual processing delivers optimal core toughness combined with a highly scratch-resistant and anti-corrosive surface finish.

5. Flexible Wedge Structure & Impact Handwheel Utilizes a flexible wedge structure to compensate for piping stress deformation. For mid-to-large diameters, integrated thrust bearings minimize friction torque. The actuation setup is also equipped with an impact handwheel mechanism, making manual emergency override or operation smooth, effortless, and highly responsive.
