The ammonia globe valve is a highly specialized flow control solution engineered exclusively for non-corrosive ammonia gas and liquid ammonia services. Specifically designed for demanding ammonia gas transport pipelines, storage tanks, and process plant installations, the structural integrity of this heavy-duty globe valve incorporates rigorous fire-safe requirements to guarantee hazardous plant security.

To ensure absolute environmental protection and zero runaway emissions, the stem sealing features a premium PTFE packing combined with a specialized non-rising stem design, effectively achieving zero external leakage under high-pressure conditions. The critical sealing face is lined with high-grade Babbitt alloy, which pairs with an advanced soft-seal configuration using premium PTFE or Nylon against the valve body material. This robust sealing pair delivers a bubble-tight, drop-tight isolation barrier. This series is uniquely optimized for liquid ammonia, ammonia gas, and Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) pipeline networks as an infallible on-off isolation device, and is equally reliable for other medium-range piping utilities with operational temperatures running at ≤ 80°C.

• Babbitt Alloy & Co-Based Hard Facing: The primary metal-to-metal seating areas can be hard-faced/overlay-welded with premium Cobalt-based (Stellite) alloy, providing exceptional resistance against abrasive wear, chemical corrosion, and high-velocity media galling, significantly extending the valve’s total service life.

• Corrosion-Resistant Non-Rising Stem: The valve stem undergoes precision quenching, tempering thermal treatment, and advanced surface nitriding processing. This guarantees superior anti-corrosive properties, maximum scratch resistance, and low operating torque over years of frequent actuation.

• Advanced Back-Sealing Structure: Engineered with a reliable integrated back-seat design, allowing the valve stem packing to be safely maintained or replaced under full line pressure while offering a secondary barrier against stem leakage.

• Tailored Material & Flange Customization: Individual internal components, trim materials, and connection flange dimensions can be flexibly and reasonably matched based on actual field working conditions or explicit engineering blueprints, satisfying all international project procurement mandates.
