Product Overview 

 

  • Sealing Design: Utilizes a high-precision J-shaped elastic seal ring combined with a triple-offset multi-layer metal hard-sealing structure.

  • Applications: Widely used in metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical, water supply, drainage, and municipal construction for flow regulation and fluid shut-off. Suitable for media temperatures ≤425°.

  • Durability & Performance: The specialized triple-eccentric geometry, combined with various hardness levels of stainless steel on the seat and disc sealing surfaces, ensures excellent corrosion resistance and an extended service life. The product strictly complies with the GB/T 13927-92 valve pressure testing standard.

Technical Features 

 

  1. Zero-Friction Seating: The triple offset design ensures virtually no friction between the seat and the disc during operation, providing a self-tightening sealing function where the seal becomes tighter as the valve closes.

  2. Dual Sealing Advantages: The stainless steel seal ring combines the benefits of both metal hard sealing and elastic sealing, offering superior performance under both cryogenic and high-temperature conditions.

  3. Hard-Facing Protection: The disc sealing surface is overlay-welded with a Cobalt-based hard alloy, ensuring exceptional wear resistance and durability.

  4. High-Strength Disc: Large-sized valves feature a truss-structure disc, which provides high structural strength, a large flow area, and low flow resistance.

  5. Bi-directional Sealing: This valve supports bi-directional flow, meaning installation is not restricted by media direction or spatial orientation. It can be installed in any position.

  6. Flexible Actuation: The drive device can be installed in multiple positions (rotating 90 °or 180°), offering great convenience for end-users and site conditions.
